Mask must be worn on arrival.

During your appointment your personal belongings must be kept in your bag.

Please have a design in mind or send me a picture as this will save time during appointment.

Appointments are at least 2hrs. 3-4 hrs. if you’re getting art depending on the difficulty. Manicures are 1hr, please plan accordingly.

I do not do any work on nails I did not lay. Nothing at all period. If you need to have nails soaked please let me know when booking.

If you can not properly relax your hands and/or do not have full range of motion in hands, arms, wrist etc. please do not book with me. If you do and I can’t service you the appointment will be stopped and you will not receive a refund of deposit.

Every Client will have their own individual files and buffers.
Cell Phone Policy
8. We live in the age of smartphones, while getting your nails done cell phones can be a big distraction, and possibly mess up the rhythm of the work follow. Please be mindful and minimize the use of your cell phone while being serviced.
Late Policy
9. Please come on time, I will send a message 5 minutes after, if no answer, 15 mins late without notice and your appointment is cancelled. You may be able to reschedule upon my discretion.
10. Late cancel fine $15, late cancel fine on Friday’s & Saturday’s is the full cost of service booked, no exceptions.
Payment Policy
11. I require A $10 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service, which can be paid to my Cashapp ($DezDoesNails) or PayPal (paypal.me/deztillman). (No deposit, NO appointment! SORRY)
Extra People Policy
12. Please leave guest or extra people at home with loved ones. This is for everyone. Salons are not a safe place for children, and this is your time to get pampered and for relaxation.
